So.. I broke my biggest rule...

I have always said that never would I let me child sleep in my bed. I have known way to many people that allow there child to sleep in there bed once and 5 yrs later they are still sleeping there. I don't want to be one of those people. Well last night it was either I sleep in the rocking chair in the babies room, which is really uncomfortable, listen to him cry all night or bring him to bed with me. So I did it, he slept in bed with the rest of the family. I will admit though he loves to cuddle and he made me fall in love with him all over again. It was so precious!!! As of right now he is in his bed and will hopefully be sleeping there the rest of the night.

Oh yeah, all of these sleeping problems are being caused by those lovely teeth coming in. Gotta love teething babies!! :)

Swimming lessons...

Tonight little Mikie and I went to our first swim lesson. For the next 9 weeks we will be attending swimming class twice a week, hopefully by the end the little guy will be able to swim. He did very well on his first night, didn't even shed a tear. During our next class he will have to go under water for the first time, should be interesting. My mom went with me and took some pictures but they didn't turn out very well. If I can find a good one I will post it. I'll keep everyone updated on hid progress.

It's hard out there for a PIMP!!!

Yeah if you haven't heard.. That song won an Academy Award from the movie Hustle and Flow. I think 3-6 Mafia will be having one hell of an after party, wish I could be there!! My congrats to them and to an awesome Academy Awards show. Can't wait to see what rap group wins next year.

Oh yeah and I am very excited....We bought a new house yesterday. It won't be ready for about 6-7 months but I can't wait!! :)

Two days away...

From the 3 year anniversary of being married to the best man in the world. On March 1st, Hubby and I will be married for 3 whole years. So far it has been the best three years of my life. We are planning on going to dinner but we don't know where yet. I really want to get him something but I am at a complete loss as to what to get him. I'm sure I will come up with something before the big day. Over the past 3 years we have been through so much together. We have created the best looking and best behaved child and also had to deal with the loss of a child. So much joy and sorrow, and I think it has made us stronger. I could not be happier with my life at this point in time. I'm sure the years to come with do nothing but bring more joy and happiness.

What happened to American Idol??

I have heard all kinds of commercials saying this has been the best season of American Idol so far. Well I haven't watched it until tonight. They 12 girls are performing and from what I have seen the judges don't like any of them. I have watched the past 3 seasons and enjoyed it but after tonight I think I am done with the show.

I've decide to come out of hiding....

So I haven't been up to much lately. I just got lazy and quit posting. My little guy is getting so big. He is walking, I mean practically running all over the place. He has his own personal ball pit set up in the livingroom. Here is a picture of him playing in it. He loves his ball pit so much. So I am very excited and can't wait until our trip to Vegas finally arrives. It feels like forever away but I am sure it will be here in no time at all. So I am going to try and be more on top of things and post more often.
